Douglas L. Thrush is now fully retired from the practice of law. Douglas graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1972 with a BA with honors and from Ohio Northern Law School in 1975. He was in private practice since 1975, specializing in bankruptcy for the last 25 years of his career, and served as a Federal Bankruptcy Trustee from 1986 to 1992. He personally handled over 10,000 bankruptcy cases over the course of his career and lectured at various bankruptcy seminars.
Nicole L. Rohr-Metzger services clients from the firm's home office in Canton, Ohio, with a satellite office in Mansfield, and is happy to assist clients in other areas of Ohio as well — don't hesitate to contact her. Nicole graduated from Malone College in 2001 with a Bachelor's in Accounting and Business Administration and from University of Akron School of Law in 2004. Nicole is a bankruptcy lawyer licensed to practice law in Ohio. During Nicole's tenure as a lawyer, she has limited her law practice to bankruptcy law. She has filed over 3000 Bankruptcy cases and currently files over 200 cases per year. She is associated with the Bankruptcy Section of the Stark County Bar Association. She was previously co-co-Chair on White Williams Planning Committee and Stark County representative for the ACG (Attorney Constituent Group).
Nicole is married to Michael Metzger and together they have three wonderful daughters, Sydney, Hailey and Ally. She is a big Disney fanatic and loves to travel, and enjoys running in her spare time.
Hailey has put her own creative spark to work running Butterfly Cottage Bakery, a home bakery serving up cookies, macarons, and seasonal treats throughout Ohio.
